We generally charge $75 for initial consultations. Additional charges may be incurred for reviewing records, calling the FAA or other doctors, or writing letters.

It is helpful to have your MedXpress Application confirmation number available when you book an appointment for a medical exam.
EKG with interpretation: $50; can be added to your appointment at the time of booking. These are only required for certain First Class certificates.
Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the FAA requires a new Computerized Color Vision Test for all initial applicants, as well as for certain other usual situations. Once you have passed a color vision test, you never need to take one again. See the FAQ’s for a more detailed discussion. This test costs $20 and can be added to your appointment at the time of booking.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Apple Pay, and venmo; Dr. Freitas and Dr. Brent ALso accept credit cardS ($5 processing fee).
