We provide personalized guidance regarding records, testing and assessments required to smoothly pass your exam or streamline any required deferral processes.
Recommended for those with complex medical histories.
We generally charge $50 for initial consultations. Additional charges may be incurred for reviewing records, calling the FAA or other doctors, or writing letters.

It is helpful to have your MedXpress Application confirmation number available when you book an appointment for a medical exam.
EKG with interpretation: $50; can be added to your appointment at the time of booking.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Apple Pay, and venmo; Dr. Freitas and Dr. Brent ALso accept credit cardS ($5 processing fee).
